DirecTV vs Cable TV

I've made the switch from Charter Cable to DirecTV.

Charter -
$73 per month
no HD
sports package with just 10 extra sports channels
about 100 channels total
Local channels are blurry and have "window blind" lines running across them.
Poor website for bill pay.

DirecTV -
$74 per month
100 HD Channels
Sports package with about 50 channels
about 200 channels
Local channels are perfectly clear and HD.
Great website for adding features, removing features, and bill pay.
