2010 Winter Olympics - Vancouver

Permalink 02/12/10 22:50, by jamesey, Categories: Happenings , Tags: 2010, olympics, vancouver

I'm enjoying the opening ceremonies to this year's winter olympics. There's a lot of great technology on display. Of course nothing can ever match China 2008, but I'm definitely enjoying this. I can't wait to see who lights the torch. Can it be anyone other than Wayne Gretzky?

I don't know why, but a lot of sports fans think the Olympics are lame. I don't think those people are real sports fans. I love getting to see the best competitors in any event trying their hardest to become triumphant, and doing so in a style that suits their nation. I'm really excited to see the hocket competition this year because the field is so deep. I also love watching all of the sledding events because they are so unique and scientific.

Well, there is more worthly festival than winter olypics and that is FIFA world cup 2010. Olympics are never lame but its a kinda limited plays. now imagine, plays like soccer are part of olympics but tennis and cricket.
